OPTION ONE......is it that the tennis club I'm buying is 40 minutes walk along the beach behind me,
OPTION TWO......is it that when I get my beach buggy the tennis club is only 10 minutes drive along the beach behind me,
OPTION THREE.....is it that I've just said to Hannah that there may be better places to live in Brasil or even The World, but that there comes a point when somewhere ticks enough boxes for you that you go "this'll do....I don't really need it any better than this....."
